LAKEVILLE — A crash between a passenger vehicle and a roll-off container transport truck shut down Bedford Street for more than 30 minutes Thursday afternoon, disrupting local traffic and delaying school bus routes.
The collision occurred around 2:30 p.m. on June 12, just south of Tamarack Park, prompting a multi-agency emergency response, according to the Lakeville Fire Department.
The driver of the passenger vehicle was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
The truck operator was evaluated at the scene and did not require medical transport.
“We thank everyone for their patience and cooperation while responders worked to safely manage the incident,” wrote the fire officials.
