MIDDLEBORO — The Middleboro Public Library is hosting a series of events in the next few weeks, to celebrate the holiday season and beyond.

All ages are encouraged to wear holiday pajamas and join in for a reading of “The Polar Express’’ from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20.

Participants can also make a bell ornament to take home and enjoy snacks and cocoa. To register, call the library at 508-946-2470 or email ameyer@sailsinc.org.

Ornament kits are available for children to create an ornament that can be filled with small items or treats to give to others or keep for themselves.

Supplies are limited. Reserve a kit by calling 508-946-2470. Kits will be ready for pick-up by Thursday, Dec. 15.

This program is supported by the Friends of the Middleboro Public Library.
