Beekeeping class among March events at Soule Homestead

MIDDLEBORO — A series of events is scheduled in March at Soule Homestead Education Center, 46 Soule St., Middleboro.

On March 11, open mic night will be held. Doors open at 5 p.m. All skill levels are welcome, and performers can offer music, poetry or comedy. This free event will be held at the West Classroom. All ages are welcome; children must be accompanied by adults.

Two workshops on Introduction to Beekeeping will take place at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday, March 18 at the West Classroom. Those attending will learn the basics of home beekeeping. Pre-registration is required. The cost is $25 for members and $30 for non-members. 

A Family Movie Night is scheduled for Saturday, March 25 in the West Classroom. Kid-friendly movies will be screened. Doors open at 5 p.m. This is a free event; children must be accompanied by adults.
