The Lakeville Council on Aging will host a relaxing Gong Bath sound experience on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 10 a.m.

Participants are invited to sit or lie down in comfortable clothing and “bathe” in the soothing tones of gongs and other instruments for a calming, multi-sensory experience.

Space is limited, and the $5 fee is due at sign-up at the Council, 1 Dear Crossing.
