MIDDLEBORO — Theatre One Productions has an opportunity for actors who love performing but can’t devote a lengthy amount of time to one production.

This fall and winter, stage readings will be produced of new, full-length plays with just four rehearsals for each, Sept. 24 through Dec. 17. These will also serve as a way for playwrights to hear their words for the first time in front of live audiences. 

Actors ages 20s and 60s are needed to make this happen. Auditions will be held Aug 21 and 22, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, with callbacks Aug. 28 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Janice C. Parent Community Center, 8 Benton St., Middleboro.
