The Sippican Historical Society welcomes Naomi Slipp, the Douglas and Cynthia Crocker Endowed Chair for the Chief Curator & Director of Museum Learning at the New Bedford Whaling Museum   on March 18, 6:30 PM at the Marion Music Hall. She will present the exhibit Lighting the Way: SouthCoast Women’s Lives, Labors, Loves.

Lighting the Way is a marvelous gift to the South Coast. Naomi and her team brought together so many stories. I'm looking forward to hearing how it all came together,” said Alanna Nelson, Executive Director of the Sippican Historical Society.

The exhibit is on display through May 4, 2025 and is an extension of Museum project begun in 2018. 

This free event is open to all, with donations to the Sippican Historical Society kindly appreciated. RSVPs are encouraged.
