The LAKEVILLE PLANNING BOARD pursuant to the Town of Lakeville Code Bylaws, Chapter 270, §270-6.7, will hold a Public Hearing on THURSDAY, September 10, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Site Plan Approval Extension Request:
43 Main Street, M060-B007- L001, L001D, L001G, L001I, L001J, L001L, L001P –. Michael Olson with Rhino Capital is requesting an extension to a Site Plan Review for Wingate Residences that was approved on January 9, 2025, and filed with the Town Clerk on January 16, 2025. The redevelopment will include 120 units of assisted living and memory care and 70 units of independent living with associated site improvements, parking area, landscape improvements, and stormwater infrastructure.
43 Main Street, M060-B007-L001, L001D, L001G, L001I, L001J, L001L & L001P- Michael Olson with Rhino Capital is requesting an extension to a Site Plan Review for Fox Estates that was approved on January 9, 2025, and filed with the Town Clerk on January 16, 2025. The project consists of 68 total units across 26 cottages (10 duplex, 16 triplex), a +/-5,000sf club house, a +/- 2,000sf waste water treatment plant, community amenity space, and associated site improvements.

The Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Select Board’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Ave, Middleborough, relative to a Retreat Lot Special Permit application pursuant to Section 7.4 of the Zoning By-law, as shown on a Plan as follows:

The Middleborough Select Board will hold a public hearing in the Select Board Meeting Room Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 7:30 PM, for the purpose of discussing an application filed by Jason Youngquist, Outback Engineering for a Special Permit under the Water Resource Protection District By-Law to allow the restoration of 1,740 s.f. of disturbed land within the 25’ no touch wetland buffer in a WRPD Zone 3. The property is located at 485 R Wareham Street in the General Use X (GUX) and CBD Overlay Zoning District and the Water Resource Protection District (WRPD) Zone 3.
