The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for an Amended Order of Conditions to move the single-family home and septic tank outside of the 100’ buffer, the retaining wall has been removed, grading around the proposed septic will be adjusted accordingly, and the driveway has changed to accommodate the new house location at Lot 5 Spruce Street, Map 101, Lots 6111 & 4328. Hearing has been requested by Sean & Jennie Doherty. Hearing will be held September 3, 2026 at 6:55 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.

The Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Select Board’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Ave, Middleborough, relative to a Retreat Lot Special Permit application pursuant to Section 7.4 of the Zoning By-law, as shown on a Plan as follows:

NOTICE OF HEARING
The Middleborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., in the Select Board’s Meeting Room, Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA to hear the petition of Joseph E. Phelan, Esquire, 738 Main Street, Hingham, MA 02043 relative to his request to be granted a special permit pursuant to Section 4.5.3 of the Middleborough Zoning By-law to allow for the construction of a 100’ by 82’ metal addition to the rear of the existing metal building on the property. The subject property is located at 98 West Grove Street, Middleborough Assessor’s Map 57, lot 3159. Anyone desiring to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
